Sharp Electronics (Shanghai) CO., LTD is seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Marketing Division Shanghai.


Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for development market of LCD product, such as visit customer, exhibition preparing and management. The Customer Support Representative need servicing of LCD products returned for repair by customers.


Job responsibilities:

  • Introduce SHARP LCD Technologies to customers and analyze their needs. Provide technical interface and support.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Customers, Sales Division, and the Design Center in Japan.
  • Communicate frequently with customers in China.
  • Develop technical documents to assist customers.
  • Collect LCD market information in the China.
  • Travel to communicate and coordinate project activities
  • Perform others duties as assigned

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Preferred to be 25-30 year’s old;
  • Good communication skill of Japanese or English (Japanese is priority);
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, Word and Power-point;
  • At least 1 year working experience in LCD production or sales;
  • Good writing and presentation capabilities;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Customer-driven and good relationship skills.
  • Careful working attitude and team-work oriented.
  • Hardworking, independent and extravert.
